The room was very clean, we really liked how private it was even sharing common spaces. The location was amazing for our trip. Walking distance to downtown so if you choose to visit the riverwalk it’s a nice alternative to paying for parking. Micah was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

This place was beautiful and in a great location! My husband and I had not stayed in a shared home before so we were hesitant but we had a good experience. The other people staying there were respectful and quiet. We stayed in Roon #3, which was in the back of the house and I believe the best room of the house. The room was very spacious, clean and had a bathroom in the same room, which I appreciated! The first night there was pretty warm and there was a train that went by quite often. After communicating with Micah, the temperature was adjusted and the second night was so comfortable that I didn't hear the train. I would definitely stay again. Micah was a great host!

I had a perfect stay here! the room was perfect, super clean, and the area was nice and quiet. I was able to catch the bus super easily from a 5 minute walk away to get to anywhere i needed in san antonio. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone travelling to san antonio! Really clean and comfortable place. Really nice bed so easy to sleep in. Also close to the River Walk, only 30min walk which is nice when you dont want to take the car and explore the city by foot. There is some public transport close by so that can shorter the time. Micah was also really quick to answer and to accommodate. Really a top place to stay !

Great spot close to downtown and a bunch of cool stuff! Can walk to the Alamo/ riverwalk, and to some delicious restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable and you have access to a full kitchen. Micah was awesome as well and very helpful, five stars!

What a hidden gem in San Antonio! I will be recommending this place to anyone who doesn’t want to break the bank and get to visit the area. Micah was friendly, responsive and patient. He was agreeable to making temperature adjustments when requested and answered my questions promptly. I stayed here by myself in room 2 for 6 nights and just loved the place

Great place! Our family had a fun time, and the host’s communication was excellent. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is a bit older but quiet and we enjoyed our stay overall.
